- 2 cups almond milk (whole30 approved)
- ½ cup coconut cream (canned)
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ medium avocado
- 2 T cashew butter
- 3 (or more for added sweetness) dates, soaked for 5 minutes in boiling water
- 1 cup packed spinach
- ⅛ teaspoon peppermint extract
- 4 ice cubes
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend
